I love my QAD. The RipCord is a copy of the QAD concept, but isn't as convenient to use. The TT is a good rest; I put one on my daughter's bow and she seems to like it. The disadvantage is it doesn't "contain" the arrow unless you are at full draw. Also, if you don't draw back smoothly, you're likely to have the arrow pop off the rest.

QAD also has great customer service. I had a minor problem with mine Saturday and e-mailed them about it Monday. Within an hour, I had a response indicating they would switch out the rest free of charge. Can't beat that.
