No advice but I feel your pain. My first year bow hunting I was on own land watching a group of 5-6 does muddle around about 60 yards away. Didn't notice me but were slowly making their way towards me down the edge of the woods. Maybe the light will hold of just long enought I thought, and no sooner than that they all perked-up and saluted.
