Lyman still sells kits. I think Cabela's sells kits for a traditional rifle also. There is a place called Deer Creek that you can check. They used to carry a large number of kits. Then there are custom kits that require a great deal of skill in some cases. You can look in Track of the Wolf or some of the other custom gun makers out there.
