I am brand new to BP and must say it is interesting and I have learned some things from reading teh posts on here. My question is: I am shooting a CVA Kodiak Pro, 29" bl, with a load of 100 gr of 777 and shooting 250gr T/C shockwaves. Is this combo enough for PA black bears? I will only be shooting a max of 75 yards.
Probably. The first bear taken in this year's Maryland bear season was shot the other day by an 8-year old girl using a .243 Win. Your load is more powerful than that......
