Should work fine. I put this bullet, with 130 grains of Pyrodex, clear through an elk broadside at almost twice the maximum distance you are talking about shooting. The Barnes Expander MZ is also a very good bullet, particularly if you need to break big bones. Might have to swap out the sabots Barnes gives youfor some Harvesters if they load too firmly.
