You can soak the arrows in Acetone for 5 minutes. it should just wipe right off after that. I did to some gold tips I spary painted a crest on recently. Just make sure you remove the nocks. The acetone will melt them. A word of caution, don't leave the arrows in the acetone much over 5 minutes. It could possible damage the fiber.
