please help
Hello everyone.
Well, last night I killed a muzzleloader buck. As I was skinning him, I noticed around the outside of his esophogus he had lots of black nodules that look like beans. The meat looked fine, and the esophogus itself looked fine. It was just that stuff that is between the skin and the throat in the front of a deer's neck. Everything else looked fine, so I am planning to eat him as usual, but has anybody got a clue what these bean-like nodules might be? Thanks. MIKE
