Ahhh... Turkeys ain't always THAT wary. Did I ever tell you about the time I stopped to drain off some excess coffee? Had a turkey hen to bust out of the exact bush I'd picked to water, about 30 seconds into the process. Good thing I already had matters in hand or I would've wet myself.[:-][8D]
So, now I can honestly say I've found it easier to pee on a turkey than to get a shot at one with a bow.

Replaying the shot on my way back to the car I realized I didn't use my peep site at all.
I think that happens in the heat of the moment to a lot more people than admit to it. Then, naturally, having never practiced shooting without sights they miss. One more good reason not to have sights on a hunting bow.
