Default RE: Poly choke are they any good

Welcome to the forum, newbie30! I bought a Mossberg 500 AT with poly There are prettier shotguns out there but I've never had the urge to trade up because this gun fits me just right.

The poly choke feature is quite good; for pheasant I set it between modified and improved, same as Virginia7 recommends. Often times pheasant just explode in your face so a wider pattern helps me with quick shots.

Have fun!
