I'd personally pick the leupold because I feel the overall quality of the construction is superior to the zeiss. In the conquest line Zeiss cut corners to bring it in on budget with things like using plastic adjustment cover caps. I know that's not likely to matter much in practice but my underlying suspicion is that if they'll cut costs with something as cheap as a 50 cent adjustment cover then they'll use lesser quality parts in other areas to save a few cents.
