Congrats...I'll second that any deer stalked on the ground and shot by bow is a real trophy.

If the photos are quality enough, megapixel-wise...I'd seriously consider putting a good write-up together, and pitch it to publications. D&DH has a regular section that covers individual's stories on harvests. Especially if that is your first deer, and adding in the story-line...it'll make for a good read.
