Actually, I prefer the butter knife method. You have to time your jump off the stand just right, otherwise those buggers can be fast, and hard to catch up with....

I'm middle of the road on the rifle deal. So, to me, it's now law, and it'll be next to impossible to change in the next few years until statistics come out, if they show something.

I'd use it as a way of hunting with no problem. I do like shotgun hunting, but having more variety is a good thing for hunters. Let's not complain until the studies or numbers come out. As of now, I don't think there is anything that proves without a doubt that the injury rate goes up with rifles over shotgun. Otherwise, I'm sure the legislators would have listened to it.
