Normally bigger, more mature bucks will come in later to feed. I'm thinking it's because they're usually pretty wise and they wait to see if any danger is at the feeder before they come in. Normally, you will see smaller does and some small spikes or bucks, which will then get back for the mid size bucks, who will eat after the does normally and then if a mature buck is out there, he will probably kick everyone aside at the feeder. So to answer your question, definately! It just might take a little while for them to come in. If you're not seeing one, I'd put a stand in a field around a trail that deer use to get to the feeder because sometimes they'll get there and decide not to come in.
