RE: SBE II problems?
I have a black SBE with a 24" bbl. It is one of the older ones and I have about 13,000 rds. through it with NO problems. The owners manual that came with mine said the first 100 rds. you put through it should be 1 1/8oz. or heavier. I put 100 rds. of 1 1/4oz. #4's through it for starters and have never looked back. It cycles ANY 2 3/4" loads without a problem. I think you will be happy with yours.
