Quite a disappointment indeed. Cabela's is a reputable company and I make no excuses for them. Unfortunately they're run by staff and some individuals just doesn't take the time, or even 'care' about how important things are to others.
In your case you've used a company that you have/had trust in to assist in all the paper work/application and they've failed you miserably. That's sad indeed. I cannot understand how in the world would they think that 'an apology' can heal all the wounds--when in fact you've lost out on so much, because of an employee's negligence. Most unfortunate!!
I would not like to be in your shoes today--I wish you better luck in the future--obviously you've already shown, you have learnt from your mistake.
Just stay positive, it can only get better from here on. Keep the faith!!!
