Did you ever measure the axle to axle length and brace height like I told you to? If you've forgotten, axle to axle length is supposed to be 36". Brace height is supposed to be 7 1/4". If the axle to axle length is more than an inch longer than that, or brace height is more than a half inch lower, then you need to have the string/cable adjusted.

Knowing Hoyt's factory strings and cables, I'd bet they've done some creeping and that's why it's noisey.
