I took a doe on 10/8. Came in at 8:20 A.M. and offered me a quartering away shot at 20 yds. My arrow went in behind the last rib angled forward and down and cut off the knuckle on the opposite leg and burried in the ground. The deer made it 60 yds. Was shooting and old 78# Howatt Hunter with 620 grain laminated birch shafts tipped with 200 grain ACE broadheads. Have had two buck in but not shots yet.
