Contact BowTech I am sure they'll want it back ,
as there is a problem with the threads they may be scared and now weak
the bolt holes can be retapped and cleaned but will not solve the problem.
It will continue.
It may have been a poor tapped bolthole due to a weak or dull tap
when the bow was manufactured.
So cantact BowTech.
It seems that no matter how well we pay attention to our toys
