Have any of you guys experienced any upper arm pains from shooting. For around 2 weeks now my left arm (I am right handed) has been realy been giving me truble. The painsrun the length of my upper arm from the sholder toa few inches above my elbo.It dosnt hurt all the time just when I use the mucscle on the out side, it dosnt hurt at all when I shoot. I have been icingthe past few day, will see if that helps. I am not shooting any more then I was all summer. I figure the only thing it can be from is shooting.

Any advice would be great and save me some money [X(]

Second? dose anyone have any good archrey related exercises that they do. I have to develop an execise plan for one of my classes.
