You will only know the accuracy by shooting them.

I would start with80-85 grains 777FFGand see where they print. If they shoot well then you can bump the charge up a bit if you wish and re-verifyor simply stay where you are at if your load development time is limited before the hunt.

As always one to hunt with the heaviest charge with a given projectileto the point of accuracy loss, I would rather leave a little down range energy on the table and at least know that I can rely on accuracy.
