If i had the time, i would be out there, considering that the wind is in my favor. If the wind is blowing towards where you think the deer are, or are going to be, then i would wait for a better wind to hunt that stand. As for the rain, that IMO is some of the best time to be out there, it makes for tracking an animal harder, but IMO big bucks feel safe in that type of weather and will move in it.
