Although I do not think we on the East coast are experiencing the magnitude of problems that you have out west, I have to agree with a lot of what your saying...however I thing $$$$$ will be the final nail in the cofffin.

I personally am still challenged with Bow hunting with a compound. I have always said that I hope to progress to a long bow or e-curve as I improve my skills....just has not happened yet.

Money IMOwill force a lot of folks out of the woods. Last year for the first time in my life, I had to fork out some cash to lease land....it's not cheap either.[:'(]

How many hunters can afford to hunt if this trend continues? If you quit hunting, your kids don't hunt................we are only one generation away if you ask me from seeing a drastic decline in those who take the field..........
