Maybe I am a little different, With my Mathews bow I drew on 7 animals at varying ranges 30 to 60 yards at steep up and down shots. When I look through the peep there is at least three pins on the kill zone, I touched it off and they were dead. one shot was a head on couger at 50 yards down hill. thats a 6" X 6" kill zone I drilled him. and it wasn't tuff SHould I have been able to make that shot with a bow???? I don't know I practice so much it wasn't a question of making it I new I could. Am I glad? Well hell yes, It was awsome . Don't get me wrong Im not saying I'll never use Hi tec gear, And Just because I am hunting with a recurve now In know way makes me holyier than thou. I just thought it would be fun to do . I enjoyed it greatly. But it makes you think when you hunt with the old after the new. JUST where is this crazy thing called archery going..??
