Dove breasts wrapped in bacon , doused liberally with BBQ sauce while being seared over charcoal, withbaked taters and salad on the side, and followed by aglass of cabernet sauvignon... Makes my mouth water just thinkin' about it.
By the way, it IS mourning dove. Says so right there in the regs. We've also got white wing and white tipped doves. No closed season on Eurasion collared doves or feral rock doves. Feral rock doves are what most of us call plain ol' pigeons.
