I have my Q2 set at 70, I find that it shoots flater at 70lbs. I had it at 58lbs and it was fine. I didn't crank it up for the speed or KE, I just like how it brought my 20, 30, and 40 yard pins closer together. Seems to me that if your 20, and 30 yard pins are closer together there is less room for error when deciding where to place the pin on those "in between shots".

Uncle ted shoots with his bow in the 40's, around 200 fps. I have watched him shoot plenty of pass throughs with this set up.
