Every one is banging on the guy for leaving a note.
A note is fine, I have no problems with the note and he even signed it. OK, so I do have a small problem. He lives within 1/3 of a mile from where we park. Not to hard to stop us sometime. That would be my only problem.
I do not like the people that drive around and look at deer/elk from the road.But I do know if it bugs the deer you may be to close to the roadwith your stand.
As stated, I have a 1/3 of a mile walk back to my stand across open field. The deer leave another property, cross the road and head across the open field to our timber.
As for the stand placement.It is a crock of crap.For no reason at all should he place a stand this close to yours.Is your stand a hangon or one built in the tree?
Our stand is a hang on that has been placed in the same tree for 6 or 7 years.
My whole thing with this would be a common respect thing. He has had no respect for our hunting for the last 5 years, so he won't gain any of my respect.
