I would confront him with the note and ask him, "Whats the problem"?
Then I would ask him," Did you see my stand when you set yours up"?
I would let him know that his stand is too close and to move it before someone accidently gets shot, since yours was there first.
If need be, even flappin up some dust might be the ticket, providing no one esle is around.
