Default First hunt of the season- Great but horrible at the same time.

Alright, bow season has been going on for about a month here but I haven't gotten the chance to go out until yesterday. Anyways, so I was walking out to where I stand just as the sun was coming up so it was still kind of dark out. I walked over this hill and along the cornfield I saw these 2 big, dark objects. At first I thought they were haybails since I couldn't see them that well but then I realized that they were moose! I have never seen moose in the wild before and so I was pretty excited. It was a bull and a cow. I was walking by them towards my area at about 50 yards away and they were just sitting there watching me.
I continued walking towards my area and when I was about 15 yards away I hear this snort in the corn to my right and I look over and see a doe running away. I got all set up and in position after that and after about an hour 4 BIG, BIGdoes come trotting towards me. I mean right towards me because I stand right on the edge of a deer trail. I got my bow ready and my arrow fell off the rest and hit the bow so the deer all stopped giving me a broadside shot at all of them at about 7-10 yards away. So I pulled back and leaned out from behind the tree to take the shot. Now whenever I take a shot I just start shaking like crazy and can't think straight. I usually have the nock up against the edge of my lip and I just couldn't find it partially because my coat was in the way but I took the shot anyways. I missed and the deer ran and stopped at about 35 yards away and then took off. Now I am just pissed at myself. Everytime I miss I seriously get so mad I just want to kill myself right there. For most of the day, I was entertained by some gray squirrels running back and forth and around my feet, gathering wood for the winter.
Later in the day I went back to the car around 12 and got a drink and some food and started walking back. As I was walking I heard a yipp to my right and so I looked over and saw coyote there about 40 yards away just watching me. It was pretty cool. For the rest of the day I didn't see anything until about 10 minutes before sunset. The farmer pulled up on his land to do some last minute duck hunting and as he was walking to the pond a ways over he scared up a doe and it was running along his truck trail and was about 20 yards away but she was running too fast so I didn't shoot. I was mad at myself for missing that shot earlier but it was still a good hunt because I saw so many animals.
