hate it for ya. but now days hunting is all about a dollar,i can remember 20 years ago you could hunt everywhere, our county went to a 3 point or better buck restriction,my land 700 acres went from $3500 to $7000 a year, i told them good luck leasing it,located a club 5 miles across the county line 2000 acres for $650 a year. its all about a dollar,
