Truly Sorry to hear you lost your spot. Unfortunately, many farmers are leasing hunting rights out to others. Here in Iowa it seems most of those leasing hunting rights are out of staters with big money and no ethics. These people will shoot at anything that moves and not bother to track them if the deer don't drop immediately. Last year found 13 gut shot deer just outside one of these areas. Socialize at small town diners with farmers and you'll get more land to hunt. Good Luck.
