You can't get there early enough. You have to go in from a different direction. The only way around it would be if it were a HUGE field and you were willing to give up one side and walk in along it to the woods and then circle around to get behind the rest of it. Deer will be in the field, around the field, just off the field all night. You run them out your hunt is from that moment on based on luck. I've walked a half mile and more just to get behind a field from another direction on many occasions. You just have to look at what you got to aid in your secret sneak. Maybe it's a creek, a hill, a ditch and old logging road, access across a neighbors land....something... or just use it as an afternoon place. Ruining your nights sleep, waking the rest of the house and being sleepy all day is not the answer by sneaking in at 2 or 3. You'll be worn out and edgy by the time it's daylight. You'll be less alert and probably fidgit and move to much or.... you'll snore. None of the possibilities are worth it really.
