I should have stated for complete survival.Since there would be no way to get any more ammo for ones gun in this sceneriio,i would carry a 22lr or mag.because of the amount of ammo one could carry and have many rounds to survive on. Thanks for all your repllies and most of you were thinking the same route as me. vangunsmith
