Charlie,
ADI produces most Hodgdon powders. In Australia H4350 is more commonly known as AR2209. I have found that AR2209 is "THE POWDER"to use in my Ruger M77 30-06. Although I don't use Nosler 165gn Partitions, my Rugerdoes shoot good groups at 100m with Speer 165gn SP HotCors and 57gns of AR2209producing2780ft/s.
....and excellent groups at 100m using Nosler 180gn AccuBonds with 55gns of AR2209 producing2670ft/s.
I achievethe best accuracy with the projectile seated 0.015" off the rifling. Yes, the 180gn AccuBonds do fit in the magazine (just).
IMO you have the ideal powder for the 30-06, and justneed to experiment with various powder charges to determine the load for your rifle projectile combination.
