We use Arview 3.2, ArcInfo 8.2, all the Extensions plus a pile of Autodesk software. My stand_location.apr is in 3.2. Its has a half meter color orthorectified mosaic image as a base, with a point file that has attributes for all the stuff I mentioned earlier.

So I take it your not using the ole pencil and paper to draw this out?
