Dang, BBJ, you got me back in the mood to hunt elk! I love a great story and you told that well. Days like that are always exciting. I've pretty much put elk out of my mind until rifle season now. Lopers and birds this weekend, than maybe a few hunts for some doe meat, then my big muley buck and if I have time, I'll go in for elk. Sounds like you had a great hunt, it's always nice to see elk as alot of times when I'm bow hunting I can only guess what they bugling monster looks like.
