On a side note... back to the original point of this thread... I am taking 1/2 day off tomorrow to sit in the stand, ti will be the first major cool down and the deer should be moving. I also got permission from the property manager where I live and work (I'm the asst. Prop. Mgr.) to hunt the 4 acre woods on our property. We are outside of city limits until next year when we get annexed and my maintence guy is seeing buck tracks back there like crazy. I haven't gone out to look at the sign yet, but last year my husband saw a 6 point back there when he was driving by and this year I'm sure it's bigger and better. I will probably hunt from the ground though, if the residents see me carry a stand back they just might have coronaries! I already have to enter from the street side because if I make my way through the edition with my camo on and bow in hand, they'll call me in and complain... they can be such spoilsports.[:-]
