Hi to all, This is my first post here, and probably not my last. I'm a first time bowhunter and was hoping you guys could give me some information. This will be my first year hunting deer with a bow, with anything for that matter. i've been waiting years tobowhunt and finally i only have 9 more days to wait. this year i was lucky enough to recieve a nice bow from a man i know. He used to run an archery shop and had a bow lying around that he never sold. . i've known him my whole lifeand he decided to give me the bow.It's a 2003 hoyt magnatec with intruder limbs. It's peak weight is only 50 but it's quite fast for being low poundage. He never evenshot it. I paid him back by doing work for him. Anyways i was wondering what u think max range would be. i can shoot very well with it out to 30 yards. And one more thing. He's taking me huntingand hes a great bowhunter and knows alot about it. He's 63 years old. He wanted me to ask you guys if u knew anything about sonic broadheads? They are made by The American broadhead company. Any info would be much appreciated. Thanks
