Well i guess you would have to put yourself in his shoes and think of how you would feel. But if it were me. ( The guy ) I would want to meet ya and maybe work something out. Hes probally been hunting it for years and hes thinking hes gonna loose it ya know. And if i owned a golf course I would have clover patches all over the place. Maybe call it clover hill country club
