I agree with the others, you have permission so go ahead and hunt. Use a climbing stand so he cant steal your stands. A similar situation happened to a buddy of mine a few years ago. This other guy caused such a stink that the land owner got pissed off and stopped letting both of them hunt on his property. Be careful that this does'nt happen to you.
