all I know is that they stink of sage when you gut them, that is about it.
I have killed a couple of antelope ( rifle ) and did not find that they "stink ". In fact I found the meat better than most claim. As for Bowhunting them you would need to find a good active watering hole, set up a blind and be prepared for long shots. Stalking them would be a definite challenge with a bow. Not impossible but not exactly easy.
