Default Torture defined

So it was opening day of Turkey season here in NY. I decided I'd go sit in a ground blind for a couple of hours this morningand see if I could pluck a gobbler.
Around 7:30am I hear crunch crunch crunch behind me. I'm sitting there frozen just peeking to my left to see what is coming. It gets closer and closer, but I still can't make out any movement. A minute later I see what was making the noise and it aint no turkey!! About 50 yards to my left is a giant 9 pointer slowly making his way through the woods. My heart starts going 9 million miles per hour.
This guy sweeps from left to right to about 20 yards dead broadside right in front of me and stops. The wind was right in my face and he had no clue in the world I was there. He stayed there for a couple minutes and then circled to my right stopping again about 20 yards away from me.
I didn't know whether to be happy or cry!! He's a big ole bruiser that I hope is around again when bowseason opens on October 15th!!
To top it all off I didnt' see a dang turkey [:-]
Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhh the torture.
