I have used mechanicals for several years with good and bad results.
The spitfires worked well for me but I tried another mechanical
that failed once and that was enough. I have decided to stick with
the Thunderhead 85 from now on. As to shooting a coyote in the head
with a bow, it's a risky shot but it's a coyote, and yes I would
have taken the shot also.
