I have had good luck with the cabelas digital scale my mom got me one for xmas and I did not think I would like it but it has turned out all right so far but I am fairly new to reloading so what should I watch ot for?
Watch out for calibrations, using when a dryer or some other form of electromagnetic's are being used that draw alot of current. My main complaint was trickling. You will be trickling a load, and it will not update fast enough. You might have 45.4gr adn need 46gr, and be trickling and it will jump way past 46. If it their clock rate for updating was faster, and aquireing was faster, wouldn't be an issue.
But a beam is mechanical and updates real time. As a person who throws big loads around 100gr, this can become a problem as you have to adjust each load. Guys using ball powders or smaller loads should have to trickle as much.
