OK, with the offset (Shooting the standard 1degree)do you line up the front of the vane or the back of the vane when setting the nock point?

Could the problem be how I'm fletching the arrows? With the AAE Fletch III jig the vanes are offset right to left from front to back. (Looking from nock end)

As someone suggested I downloaded the Easton tuning guide and will work with that for a couple days to see if I can figure out my problem.
I must of been dumb lucky that everything worked so well last year without much effort. (That was my first year hunting with it)
