I DONT PROCESS.....I JUST CUT IT UP........MAKE SURE THE MEATS CLOSE TO FROZEN....MUCH EASIER TO WORK WITH

IF THAT MEANS PUTTING IT IN FRIDGE, FREEZER,, GET R DONE
