I've been shooting the axis for almost 2 years and like them a lot. I've had zero problems with them as far as performance. I have been shooting 2" groups at 40 yards since I've had them. They produce excellent penetration. Also they really aren't that expensive if you look. You can get them for 70/dz from several places. Look on archerytalk.com and there are several deals.
