How accurate are you with your Gold Tips?
Are they messed up? or are you just trying to spend $?
I haven't shot them but don't know that I would get new arrows on a whim this close to hunting season...might bring some variables into your game. They will mostlikely fly differently than what you are shooting now...although I am sure someone may know for sure.
I say wait until after the season if you can. If you can't score a kill with .006" than I doubt that .003" will do much for ya (if that is the tolerances...a little speculation on my part)
