I ran your numbers thru the archery program and if you have a 29" arrow with vanes , a 100 grain head is perfect for your set up as far as spine .A 30 inch arrow with feathers and a 125 grain head is under spined by quiet a bit . useing the lighter head will give you a flatter trajectory but so small I doubt you would notice .
