Default min.(ft-lb) for deer knock down

I've been looking at the remmington ballistic charts for the deffrint bulets ,it gives the velocity and the energy of the bulets etc.http://www.remington.com/ammo/ballistics/ballistics.htm
I am wondring if any one knows what is the least ammount of energy (ft-lb)you would need to make a good deer kill??
Thanks
