Stabilizers can help reduce vibrations. Your best bet would probably be to go to a local archery shop (not a retail store) and try out a few stabilizers. There are so many to choose from these days it's hard to recommend any one in particular. Around here the shops have them on display and will let you try them out on their range before you buy.
